The Li Mingrui and Wei Baqun Martyrs Memorial Hall is located on the south bank of Nanhu Park in Nanning, which is full of rippling blue water and picturesque scenery. The memorial hall displays the life stories of the martyrs Li Mingrui and Wei Baqun, and displays 234 cultural relics, pictures and historical materials, which truly and vividly reproduce the glorious revolutionary course of the outstanding generals of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, the commander-in-chief of the Red 7th Army and the Red 8th Army, Li Mingrui, and the outstanding son of the Zhuang people and the outstanding leader of the peasant movement, Wei Baqun, who fought bravely more than 80 years ago.

The party branch was established in March 2016, with 49 party members, including 29 women and 20 men. 5 people have college education, 44 people have bachelor's degree or above, and the average age is 37 years old. Liang Jie, Liu Xiaoying, Lv Rigao, Liao Xueling, Li Yanping, and Zhang Congqing were rated as outstanding Communist Party members by the Party Committee of the Education Bureau of Liangqing District, Nanning in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 respectively. The party branch was rated as an advanced grassroots party organization in the education system of Liangqing District, Nanning in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. The party branch is a demonstration point for party building work in Nanning.
