1. School Introduction and Recruitment Positions
Qionglin School in Liangqing District, Nanning City is located at No. 10 Jianyuan Road. It was approved by the Nanning Education Bureau in July 2000 and founded by Mr. Song Xianqiong, a patriot from Taiwan. It is a full-time private school integrating primary school, junior high school and high school.

In July 2015, it was wholly acquired by Yuxian Education Group and became one of the directly-operated schools under the group. The group has invested more than 300 million yuan to renovate and expand the school according to the standards of a garden-style campus. The school currently covers an area of ​​more than 150 acres, with a beautiful environment and complete facilities. Among them, the gymnasium, library, and sports field are first-class in primary and secondary schools in Nanning. As of September 2022, the school has more than 480 faculty and staff and 6,458 students, including 4,356 in the high school department. It is the largest single school in primary and secondary schools in Nanning City and has the largest number of high school students.

In order to meet the needs of expanding the school scale and improving the quality of education, we are now open to the public to recruit teachers of various subjects. The recruitment positions are as follows:
1. Primary school: 1 art teacher, 2 mental health teachers, 1 science teacher, 1 comprehensive practice teacher.
2. Junior high school: 1 music teacher, 1 physical education teacher.
3. High school: 5 Chinese teachers, 3 English teachers, 1 physics teacher, 1 political teacher, and 1 Japanese teacher.

II. Recruitment conditions
(I) Love the Party's educational cause, accept the school's educational and teaching philosophy, have high comprehensive quality, strong sense of responsibility, and can endure hardships.

(II) Fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities: full-time undergraduate and above graduates with excellent academic performance, obtain graduation certificates, degree certificates, teacher qualification certificates of corresponding subjects, and Mandarin level certificates of Grade 2B or above (Chinese teachers should be Grade 2A or above). Guangxi is limited to fresh graduates from Nanning Normal University, Guangxi Normal University, Guangxi Arts Institute or non-normal colleges and universities.

(III) In-service teachers have been engaged in teaching in this major in public or private schools for at least one year, have a bachelor's degree or above, and must be under 40 years old.
(IV) Those who meet one of the following conditions will be given priority:
(1) Teachers with outstanding teaching ability and honorary titles at the provincial or municipal level or above will be given priority;
(2) Those with cyclic teaching experience will be given priority;
(3) Those with class teacher experience will be given priority;
(4) Fresh graduates from 211 or 985 universities will be given priority.

3. Salary and Benefits
(i) The probation period is 3 months. Once the formal labor contract is signed, the school will handle five insurances and one fund according to regulations. The salary and benefits are: 8,000~12,000 yuan/month for primary school teachers and 8,000~15,000 yuan/month for junior and senior high school teachers.
(ii) The school provides three meals a day for free, and there is an additional housing subsidy every month, welfare subsidies on holidays, year-end bonuses, and the school arranges domestic and foreign travel during the summer vacation.
